Kärcher Plus.

A add-on accessory that connects to the user‘s smartphone and allows them to receive an augmented image from where they are cleaning.

Core Idea.

A add-on accessory that connects to the user‘s smartphone and allows them to receive an augmented image from where they are cleaning.

The aim of this project was to update the improve the usability and aesthetic appeal of the outgoing Anybook Reader.

Kärcher Plus.

Consists of two products that attach to existing household devices.

Thereby creating a new mix of the Kärcher brand with that of competitors.

Module One.

Contains all the camera components aswell as a bluetooth transmitter.

Its mounted at the bottom of the vacuum cleaner.

Module Two.

A custom phone holder in the Kärcher design language.

Is mounted at the top of the vacuum cleaner and has a rubber strap that it varaible in length to match different models and dimensions. .

Kärcher Plus.

The advantage of this system is that customers can easily retrofit and upgrade their existing vacuum cleaners while also buying into the Kärcher Ecosystem at an affordable price.

Furthermore, the Kärcher brand will now be seen in a unprecedented combination with devices from other companies.
